I have lived here for a year and I'm getting out as soon as I can.
The apartments look nice from the outside but the condition on the inside isnt great. The air conditioning system is horribly outdated. I pay very high electric bills and my living room never really gets cold.
The staff is the worst I have experienced. Do not forget to turn in a move out notice 60 days before you move out or they will force you to pay until 60 days after you give a notice. This isnt your normal rent either. My regular rent is 725 and the rent for the extra month I'm being forced to pay (past when my lease actually ends) is 925. I found this ridiculous.. especially because I went to the office a few months before my move out asking if there was anything I needed to do and the move out notice was not mentioned. The management is unforgiving of any situation.
