I have lived at Great Hills for two years. Only one problem, the air conditioner occasionally leaks above the shower, but I call and someone has always come that day to take care of it. Never have a problem with parking, the staff is nice, and it is pretty quiet, not many students. Some people might consider this a problem, but I think it is cool, at night lots of deer come.
