Today, we received a notice to the effect that an apt was broken into and the person in it assaulted. Prior to this a woman jogging on Morado Circle was sexually assaulted.

To add to the misery the electric bills are high 'cos of the outdated a/c's which are not replaced and the water sewer bills are so high - we have to pay around $50 living in a 1/1 apt where the rent is almost $750.
