The Good, The Bad, The Ugly...

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
The Good:
24/7 On site maintanence team, very efficient and nice people.
The management staff is helpful and nice.
Reasonable rent prices.
The Bad:
Very thin walls & noise complaints.
The gym is a joke (max capacity: 2).
Very mixed age group, so people don't get along with each other (ranges from drunks coming home at 3am to grandmas who sleep at 8pm).
The Ugly
The manager lady (if she is here, who is running Hell').
Deer hazards (YES, countless cars have hit a deer in front of the complex, and you can't sue them)!
