We stayed here for almost 8 months. Overall the stay was good.

The apartment complex is a little old. The greenery is good but its too dense, so there is a cramped feeling. The appliances are somewhat old. I agree with the other comments, poor sound insulation. We could hear the shower from the apt on top. ** Another major con was the single pane windows as its an older apartment**. Our power bills were often higher because of this.

The management is good. Pretty responsive to service requests. And gave us a good deal on the renewal, but we were able to find a better deal elsewhere.

The location is perfect, right near arboretum but yet tucked away from the main road.
