Don't Go There!

The previous review is 100% right. Not only do they charge you for everything, they invent charges to charge you after you move out. In my case, I moved cross-country and now they're claiming there were stains in the carpet which weren't there when I moved out (luckily, I have photographs!). Since I'm 2000+ miles away, there's not a heck of a lot I can do to defend myself.
Watch out because they require a *60* day notice of your intentions when your lease is nearing its end. They claim this is now the standard in Austin, but in the six years I lived there, this was definitely not the case. They are NOT flexible on this! You work around them - they do not work around you! This was problematic because I was moving cross-country for a job, but there was absolutely no flexibility on their part. Life in corporate America!
