Once you move in, you might as well drop off the face of the earth as far as the office staff are concerned. If you say one negative word, they turn nasty and basically ignore every phone call or service request. Don't waste your money on this place... RUN, don't walk, away from there!

When I first moved in (11/2004), there were a few people in the staff that weren't very pleasant (like Stacy), but since then those people have left and some new ones have arrived. Now every time I come in with a maintenance request or a package pickup everyone is very friendly and courteous. Maybe the people who made your experience unpleasant are gone. As a current resident, I would say that the new maintenance staff is very friendly and professional.
