The Truth

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
I had moved here site un-seen from Connecticut. I have never lived in an apartment (only a house) so I was nervous of the noise. I had other concerns being that I had only seen a floor plan over the internet.
I have a 2/2 1010 sq ft, it is the two bedroom with the extension in the master. The master bathroom is very nice and the sitting space in the shower, well I have never had one before and I will miss it. The dining room has a mirrored wall on one side. The fireplace has a mantel. My apartment faces west and the sunsets are very theraputic. The noise is whatever sound nature makes. I have seen an armadillo (first time and don't worry it was at 1 am so he won't bother you) I have no problem with insects, yet I know they exist here being backed up to the woods. The balcony is very small but it can fit a chair, table, 3 potted plants and my daughters princess chair.
I guess you can tell I love it here and I wish I didn't have to move but the renewal cost is $60 more and $430 more month to month. I have been here since July of 2004.
Any incident I have had has been met quick enough. The only incident I have ever really had was a mouse but I don't hold that against them because it wasn't long before they found out how and fixed it.
In the mean time I and my daughter are nature people. If we had wanted to complain about the ants we would have just called them. We did have them but it wasn't enough to constitute freaking out. We did have spiders too, right by the door. It laid an egg but I took the eggsack off and put it outside. - (Nature People) - The mother we leave there and she is our exterminator and she does the job right. In Short. I don't have a bug problem.
The nature trail was more nature until they paved the trail. But you bike people need a place too, I guess. I miss when this one bird use to take a "dirt bath" by wiggling in the dirt, like I said paved but still beautiful.
I hear the coyotes out there. I am just teasing, well I can hear them, but they are in the NW area, right'
I had no problems with the staff or management. They are really nice. The new guy seems really sweet and Summer and Stacey are really nice. Summer is/was my neighbor. She is, from how much I saw of her, really nice and very helpful (neighorwise) and I know that spills over into her work. I really didn't get to speak to them too much, except when paying rent (I am a bonifide hermit) So I can tell you while I work at home all day that it is pretty much dead quite around here.
Hmm I really wouldn't go otherwise but well $60. I had no problems with the staff or management. They also have an equity program.
And it is a gated community.
So you will have to make up your mind on how to rate this apartment. This is the overall opinion of someone who came in expecting nothing and leaving because of increased expense.
