Just fine...if you don't live in 1st floor

I've had a regular experience with Gables.
I've lived here for only a year and moving out.
Pros: Nice area
Lots of trees
A lot of parking space
Cons: DON'T leave in 1st floor, really!!!!!every time it rains it floods, you just see the water coming and reaching your front door.
People who have dogs usually don't pick up their poop.
You can hear noises, from neighbours, pipes, cars.
I just got a notice from the management warning about cars being vanadlized in the property.
If you find something better go for it, but if you decide to rent here I just tell you again NO FIRST FLOOR!!!!!!!!!
