You will have mosquitoes and lot of bugs if you live on the first floor especially facing the greenbelt. There is no landscaping at the back of the apartments. You can forget about hanging out in your balcony. You do not feel safe walking in the apartment complex alone at night. The apartments are old so very high electricity bills and things keep breaking The only plus point is that the management is very good. I will not recommend living on the first floor. It is a nightmare.
