We have lived in Gables Great Hills for two years and have loved it. However, rent is spiking sky high as is the whole area. Electricity bills can be high. Low is $80 and high has been close to $200 - but we have tall ceilings so I chalk it up to that. We actually have not had any issues with noise. I am sure it depends on who you luck out with as neighbors. Parking is good and management is quick to fix things. Not sure if we are going to stay due to price - if rent had not spiked up we definitely would not be looking for new places.
