Gables Great Hills has been the best yet. We are on the greenbelt with a beautiful view of trees and NO cars or roads. It is beautiful and well priced. We are in almost 1000 sqft with an incredible view for only $845.

The management is fantastic. Any issue we've had (our AC didn't work for two days and our ice maker broke twice) was fixed THAT day and the two men handymen are extremely courteous. We have one roach in the beginning and nothing since. Our neighbors are quiet and friendly. The pool is clean and beautiful with a great trail around it for walking through the woods by the creek (it's lit too!)

Parking is a breeze. I'm always in front of my building. No exceptions. The landscaping is beautiful- flowers and trees and a great view.

Our only problems with the complex are this: the water bill is per person, not per usage, so we pay over $40 a month in water (three times the norm). The walls are a little thin so you constantly hear water running. And our biggest beef is the grounds maintenance! EVERY Wed. morning (we're talking EARLY!) they're at our window with a lawn mower, a weed eater, then a leaf blower... an hour later we are wide awake, very annoyed, and desperately wanting to go back to sleep.
