In June when we first set foot in our apt. we were greeted by numerous little worm-like creatures crawling all over the floor. They were a constant nuinsance, day and night we were constantly picking up worms(at least 20 a day)!! They finally "went out of season" around Sept or Oct.

After being out of town for Thanksgiving, we were welcomed back with no electricity. Being around 40 degrees outside, and 9 pm we had to call emergency maintance to come to our apartment. Apparently our box was switched off by someone!'

Electricity bill is very high. $175-200 during summer with thermostat set at 74, $100-120 during winter with thermostat set at 71.

The pipes are VERY loud. I cringe everytime the kitchen faucet comes on in fear of waking my baby. I can even hear when the neighbors upstairs uses water. At night when we are going to sleep, I have to make sure my bathroom door is shut to lessen the sound of the neighbors pipes.

Staff is slow. In the past I have called for maintance because of a window that leaked everytime it rained, the first time it took about a week to get someone to "fix" it. Maintance has been to my apt. 3 times for this particular issue and the window still leaks. Now I just put a couple of cups and towels on the window sill when it rains. Also about a month ago I asked them to enter my # into the gate access box for visitors and it still hasnt happened.

Today I woke up with almost no water pressure, I have to turn the faucet on full blast to get a trinkling of water. I have called the office and left a message but no return call yet.

In conclusion this apt. is not worth $1000 a month, we will never rent here again and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
