While the apartment complex is ok I will state that if you have any form of problem that needs to be solved involving your lease they are definitely not very helpful and have a hard time returning phone calls. It took 3 weeks for me to receive a return phone call for an answer to a problem and it has been consistantly like that. And I would like to add that I called them 2 times a week to see if there was any news on the problem. Definitely understand why the management company has an F from the BBB. Other than that the place is decent. The kitchen is poorly set up in the 2 bedroom apartments. Seemed to be several peeping tom incidents as well for a gated community.
