Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2003
 
These 2bed-2bath apartments are NOT big (800sq.ft.) and they're NOT new (dark kitchen cabinets, some funky floor color, small windows) but they are CLEAN, NO bugs, and the maintenance people really TRY. Major plus is LOCATION and owners keeping noise level down. NOT a party-type place. Lot of grad students.
