The management is great! Although the apartments are old, its worth the money. The apartments are furnished, but old. Standard cable is free. I needed a couple of things fixed, and they did it right away! the manager is very nice, and she always ask if there are any problems. The RR bus comes very often, and is a 15 min walk to UT.
