Lived there for 2 (05 - feb 08) years and things were okay the first year, until management changed. There are some problems with drugs, wannabe thug kids getting off the bus, and some homeless (hey, its Austin, what do you expect'), BUT those are not my concerns, I knew those renting the apartment the first year. It takes an idiot not to notice those things moving in. MANAGEMENT ARE THE BIGGEST FCKN IDIOTS AND THEIFS AROUND. Things do not get fixed correctly, they tried deducting repairs that should have been covered by them, seemed racist to myself and the other Latino tenants, many of which do not speak much English, to the point where I had to try to help them out because they were clearly taken advantage of. There was ignorance AND maliciousness at every level and area of management. When going to the offices to speak with management, I would be verbally attacked and disrespected as soon as they saw my face. Im a laid back person and am not one to want to deal with this BS but these people do not hear you out with ANY problem you may have with the apartment.
