Tremendous value: University Realty great management From: bluebonnetpicasso Date posted: 3/20/2006 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2006   I've lived at Greenwood Towers for 7 years and just signed a lease for another year. Throughout my years here, I've been treated very well by University Realty. On the few instances when something has broken, University Realty has fixed it immediately, even on evenings and weekends. The University Realty staff has been particularly helpful, always quickly answering any questions or concerns I've had. I recommend them and their company without hesitation.
