I work at SEU and I love being so close to the university and downtown. My only problem is Ruta Maya, I had no clue it even existed but my apartment faces it and they are pretty loud. For the most part they aren't that bad but on the weekend it gets really annoying when they go till 2 am.
Other than that I got a great move in special, the staff is really nice, and I love having the parking garage which makes parking a breeze. Every place I have been to has no extra parking at all if you come in late. The only noise I get in my apartment is from the guy above me which is not that bad. Just be warned about being on the end close to Ruta Maya and Expose. It is not worth the view.

Hi - send me a message on here if you can. Maybe we can ask for acoustic windows to be installed - I know they have them at the Red River Flats apartments, which is also run by Greystar.

That would be awesome, I talked to the complex about it and all they did was mail me a copy of the noise ordinances in Austin. I did however talk to the city about it and made a noise complaint. They have gotten better but as far as I know they are still going way past when they are supposed to stop. Even then people on the streets are pretty loud, so that would be nice to get better windows.
