I also have been living in Grove place apartments since 2009. when i first moved in the atmosphere was ok (it usually is until you move in). I am self employed Not unemployed like most in this complex and reading some reviews on this place is true to a point. First lets start with the apartments themselves. Very nice layout there may be a few issues in the apartments but nothing to bark at all and all their nice. secondly the maintenance. Every time i have called they have been right there. Now office management, I don't know what to think of these woman. some people that live in this complex believe that they are the only ones living in the complex hence (LOUD NOISE) I have complained to the front office only to be told there is nothing they can do. Question' what is managements job again' ummm to manage yeah that's it. they act like their afraid of these people who are inconsiderate of other's around them. I know that every complex has a every day noise problem but when it's excessive and you go to management and ask them to address an issue then you expect them to do it. Will i renew my lease ,probably not. Hopefully i will have a SINGLE family house by the time my lease is up.
