My roommate and I moved to Austin from California without being able to visit first to find an apartment. Our search was done entirely online and this website was our primary tool. Some of the reviews about Carolyn scared me, but I'm really glad I decided to ignore them because she doesn't even work here anymore! The new manager's name is Becky and she has been nothing but kind and helpful. The apartment has a few things that bother me, such as the cheap formica countertops that stain extremely easily and the itty-bitty microwave. You can tell that some of the materials they used were pretty cheap, but overall the apartment is good quality and I have no regrets about moving in here. The complex is in a good area and feels very safe (it's gated and the gates actually work the way they're supposed to). We're on the 2nd floor (out of 3) and the only neighbors we ever hear are the ones above us, but not often and it's never been a problem. Overall, a good place to live. I definitely recommend it.
