Let me get to the point
Pros's:It's quiet.
You will feel safe at night.
People are very friendly.
Office staff are very helpful with anything you may need.
Maintenance people are on there job ASAP.
The trash around the complex is always picked up.
The pool is nice and clean.
Fitness room is great.
No problem with rats or roaches

Con's: Sometime it's hard to find a parking spot anytime
after 8pm.
The water bill is high the new management came and everything went up.
Please try to move to the 3rd floor if you can otherwise you
will hear the people above you.
There are a few people that have there music blasting,
however it's only in the daytime not at night people
around here are very respectful.
