Opinions Are Funny- Hardrock is Great

It's funny how you can read reviews from people who live at the same place and have such different experiences. I just read the most recent reviews before me and agree with most of the positive statements. The one that jumps to my mind first is the comment about water bills. Why complain now''' I've lived at Hardrock Canyon for almost 4 years and have seen the ownership change along with the office staff. I must say that up until the beginning of last summer, the office staff had some problems and the gal who handled the accounts always seemed a bit bothered with my questions and not very confident. She really didn't seem to be quite on top of things. At that point I never seemed to know what my water bill amount was or when it was due or honestly, what the balance on my account even was. I agree that sometimes I didn't always get my water bill back then. And to the guy who just wrote before me, they've never charged late fees on water bills buddy.

Since the beginning of this past summer of 2002, I've been getting very easy-to-read professional looking statements in a timely manner every month. Now they've gone to outsourcing their billing and I'm anxious to see how that works. Now it feels even more professional. The new bookkeeper had to straighten out my goofy account and my account accurately shows a zero balance every month. It seems so simple now and she's very personable. I've enjoyed dealing with her. The whole property has been A since June or so. The whole office staff seems much more confident in their jobs. They are much more organized. The apartments have always been high quality, more of what a home would be like with all of it's little designer touches.
I enjoy the property a lot and really feel like the whole staff, office and maintenance, cares what happens in my apartment. The girl who leased me my apartment is long gone, but Jerri and Alisha are always smiling faces when I come in. I never got to meet the current manager personally but on the phone I get the feeling that, like her current staff, she's also very competent and caring.

Unfortunately my company is restructuring my department and I'm having to leave this area. My lease is expiring and it's time for me to move on. After all my leasing experience over the past 20 years in so many different parts of the country, I must say that this is the first time I will actually miss my apartment and the people who have made it a home for me. Most people only hear the negatives and I just wanted to be sure to take the time to say to the current Hardrock Canyon Staff- You are appreciated! I hope they get to read this and that their supervisors read it too.
