Hardrock Canyon Apartments

Wow...... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/2/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   If you like being treated by management like you're back in kindergarden, then by all means move in today... I had a problem with one of my neighbors and wanted to sell my lease to a friend, which they told me he could if he got approved. And they told me he did... I moved out, he stayed there.... he didn't pay rent, got evicted, and it went on MY RECORD!!! Come to find out, my friend's co-signer did not go through, and they forgot to mention that to me... Now they say I owe them over $5,000 for repairs to the appartment (my "friend" wrecked the place) and I cannot rent my own appartment until I resolve this. By the way, Lisa doesn't care about any of it, and she said that since my name was on the lease that I'm responsible and she will not deal with me anymore and sent the claim to a collection agency, who harrass me every friggin day. I changed my phone # because of them... Don't feel sorry for me, just don't let trust management unless you see the friggin signature on a piece of paper telling you exactly what they are verbally telling you, otherwise you will be very much in debt. Happy renting!
