Hardrock Canyon Apartments

You'll be paying utility & gas bills long after you move out From: atansoff Date posted: 5/25/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   I moved out on 02/22/02. I am still getting utility and gas bills. Both City of Austin and SUG claim that the apartment complex office never send them cancelation request for my account. Since they need a fax from the apartment office, my numerous calls cannot stop the service from being active. I had to talk to the apartment manager a couple times lately and was assured she will send the fax and take care of the problem. To this date I still keep getting bills for apartment I don't live in for 3 months. I am now taking more adequate actions than just asking and hoping someone will finally do their job. Very disappointing !!!
