Hardrock Canyon Apartments

Horrible customer service! From: unhappy78759 Date posted: 5/4/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   Management is seriously lacking customer service skills. They have not once responded to complaints about my upstairs neighbors playing loud music and throwing beer cans over the railing. Despite several request to fix the outside gutters to prevent flooding nothing has been done and when discussing issues with the new manager she is condescending and rude. Do not rent here.
