Hardrock Canyon Apartments

Glad I WON'T be living here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/6/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006 1 response   Office staff is clueless regarding overall knowledge of property in general (amenities, vacancies, lease agreements, etc.) and extremely apathetic and negligent towards potential residents. They are, however, very proficient in providing incorrect information but that is only if you visit the property personally as they will NOT return phone calls in a timely manner. Not a good sign when considering future customer care after you're locked in to a lease. Following a 6 week runaround with Hardrock where I jumped through so many hoops that I've lost count, I've secured a lovely and appropriately priced apartment at ANOTHER community and frankly, I'm hugely relieved that I won't be dealing with these clowns for the next year.
