This place has been pretty much what I would expect from an apartment complex. Everything is relatively well kept, with some exceptions. I've never lived somewhere where there were no exceptions. There are a few things that annoy me, but that is always the case in apartment complexes.

Most annoying thing: the W/D attachment area in my layout will not fit a washer and dryer, except for the "mini" styles. They built it out to look like it might be just big enough, but after measuring the space and measuring units, I would not be able to open the dryer door all the way with the current layout. The washer/dryer area was a key part of my decision to rent here, and silly me for not measuring it before signing the lease, but that doesn't change the fact that I cannot have an adequate washer and dryer in this apartment and as such, will most likely not be renewing my lease. Floor plans with larger laundry areas are out of my price range.

On the plus side, the grounds are very attractive with lots of trees, and even deer grazing at night. Some issues with the sprinkler system and low areas on the grounds, but all in all a very nice view all around. Parking is adequate. The walls being built to condo specs is a nice perk that keeps noise down very well, so I have never once had a complain about neighbor noise, except for what could be heard through the balcony door.

Everything else is exactly what you would expect at this price point. The only other complaint I have directly about my unit is that faucets turn the wrong way for on/off with no rhyme or reason as to why, and the management never addressed it, though I listed it as a "must fix" on my inventory list when I moved in. Did not surprise me, though.
