first of all, car break-ins run rampant. management as of yet, after years of complaints, has not hired a security guard or at least installed some kind of competant security camera(s)/bright lights to curb vandalisms. they are owned by Marquis Management which is one of the worst managment firms in the Austin area. the bottom line, it seems, is maximum profit at the least amount of cost.
personally, the on-site management is a great person and nice but worthless if you have a problem with your apartment. if he only knew how residents feel about his seemingly 'lack of concern' he might try and work harder to get things done.
the complex has a nice homely atmoshpere but dont be fooled. lots of break-ins. lots and lots of break-ins (cars).
if you value your car or any accessories in it...dont live here.
