If you park out front (and you will, they don't have enough parking in the back for all the units, and if you have two cars then you will be parking out front!

Mgmt sucks. once per year they go on a tear and fix stuff, in between, you are screwed.

Very nice on the inside of the compound (for the 6 months after they fix stuff), but crime, parking, and mgt (and cost - this place ain't cheap) really made it tough to live here.

Don't believe the crime stats could really be so bad' Check the Austin Police website, or better yet, go ask the residents.
