Don't believe any positive comments on this property--they're probably posted by management, or friends of management. The complex is old compared to other properties in the same price range. We had very obvious shifting in our apartment, and splintering wood that was just painted over. Our door and sliding door didnt open/close correctly because of the shifting. Cars were always getting broke into--it didnt matter if you parked inside or outside of the gate. We actually witnessed the gas station beside the apartments getting robbed one night--they parked the get-away car on the property! But the worst thing is that I would not trust the management as far as I could throw a stick!!! We recieved nothing back from our $200.00 deposit--they said that $37 was for "general cleaning," and $163 for "pet cleaning/deoderizing." (We had an 8lb, declawed, spayed cat) That magically adds up to $200.00!!! But I guess you need all the money you can get if you're trying to fix the dilipidated, hopeless mess called HARRISON PARK...go somewhere else for a newer property, and honest management!
