We have lived here for over two years and have seen this property go to hell in a hand bag. The management company is owned by the owner (Dallas) and at least two employees live here and have let this place go down. It used to be mostly professionl types living here and things were taken care of. It now looks like a government subsidized property (junk cars, cigerette butts, litter, etc.). Tennants are not being treated fairly or with respect. Big disparity in rental rates. One lady was told she needed to pay $2000 in pet deposits, after she has signed a lease and has been here several months. Another was told to show proof of neutering and spading. Not consistent! Crime has been a problem (car burgurly) and management did nothing/didn't care. One long time resident that is always picking up litter and taking care of everyone's plants and watering is even leaving when his lease is up, so things will get worse. The owner/management company is Marquis Properties/Group/Management. The owner in Plano has been contacted by several residents and he doesn't return calls or email. HE DOESN'T CARE!
