I have been living here for a few years, and I disagree with the other negative reviewers. This place has much bigger square footage than the other comparably priced apartments, and has a huge kitchen too. This complex is laid out as Townhomes; hence, not much noises from neighbours (no one above or below you). Inside is nice too. Washer and dryer, crown moldings, build in entertaiment center with book shelves, free cable, your own yard, and you can have pets also. There is a very large empty lot right in front of the complex that you can take your dogs to play. People are very friendly, and very nice. The complimental breakfast on Friday starts at 7:30AM. It is not very far from the UT campus, but a lot better, bigger, and cheaper than the apartments near campus. I do admit that previous manager was not very good. But, the new manager is very nice, and very willing to make this place better. She has done a lot to this place already.
