While the new manager may be friendly, she still works for Marquis Management and has to listen to her higher ups. Marquis Management is not a property management company that looks after its residents for their benefit. Marquis Management looks out for Marquis Management. If any superficial renovations have taken place since the last manager was fired, it's because Marquis is raising rent (even for people who have lived here for years!) and wants to fool people in to thinking that it is a well-run complex. They even put balloons up - please. They are just a sketchy company. This was once a great place to live, even if the previous manager was a little unorganized. Since the day Marquis has taken over, it has gone down the customer service tubes. I would have recommended this community before, but I will not recommend any community that Marquis Management actively manages. It's unfortunate. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
