Talk to the folks that live here. Ask the manager why the place is so empty if it's such a "great place or Not So Bad". And if that isn't enough, ask about residents having their cars towed by management OR the person that had a move-out bill of almost $5000!

This place will screw you (and that's just management)! Wait till you walk out to your car some morning and you find that someone's toss a brick through the windows of 4-5 cars...including yours.

Management is fake as a 70's sitcom, crime is really bad, rent is jacked up so much after your first year, you'll end up moving again.

Avoid this place, it's poor management, and be happier, longer, for less money elsewhere.

And of course, since the way management has been as of late - ALL OF THIS IS MY OWN OPINION.
