As people have state probably doesn't mean much now since its condo converting. These are not worth it for a condo but they were alright for apt except for the old W/D but hey I didn't have to rent any, and the even older A/C units I spent way too much money in the summer on my electric b/c of how they worked. I never had any crime issues though and I was there for two years. the newer manager is better than the old but still will wiggle out of anything she is able to. roaches were not that bad of a problem as long as you were relatively clean. however ther is a lot of settling int eh buildings.. cracks will show up in the drywall.
