THIS PLACE IS CRAP, I OWNED A UNIT AND THE HOA FEES WERE RAISED OVER 35%, DUE TO OTHER OWNERS NOT PAYING AND POOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, P.MANAGEMENT KEEPS CHANGING EVERY FEW YEARS. CAR PORTS WERE NOT OWNED AND SOLD MYSTERIOUSLY FOR 5K TO WILLING BUYERS. THE GATES NEED SECURITY AND OTHER PERKS TO HELP THIS PLACE GET OUT OF CRAPLAND. VEHICLES GET TOWED AWAY FROM THE PARKING LOT ALSO FROM UNQUALIFIED HOA BOARD MEMBERS. GRAFFITI HAS BEEN SEEN ON THE WALLS AND IT HAS A SHADOWRIDGE SIGN WHEN ITS ACTUALLY CALLED HEATHERWOOD II CONDOS ON PAPERWORK. BUYER BEWARE AND RENTERS STAY AWAY!!!
