	THIS PLACE IS CRAP, I OWNED A UNIT AND THE HOA FEES WERE RAISED OVER 35%, DUE TO OTHER OWNERS NOT PAYING AND POOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, P.MANAGEMENT KEEPS CHANGING EVERY FEW YEARS. CAR PORTS WERE NOT OWNED AND SOLD MYSTERIOUSLY ... more

	The property just changed management (was Rollingwood Management) and the new manager is awful. She does not return phone calls, does not respond to maintenance requests and the grounds don't look as nice as they did. Moving on!

	These are condominiums that are mostly rented out. It's a no frills place, but is clean, quiet and well taken care of by management. Prices is good for what you get.

	I wrote the other review (a year ago). I stayed because they fixed the AC and then lowered the rent. But the lease´s end is coming and it is very unlikely to be renewed this time. Why? Because last week ... more
