I've lived here for about 6 weeks, and so far I've had absolutely no problems so far. The space is adequate for what you pay (about $1 a square foot, much better than anything you can get in central Austin), all the carpet and appliances are new. I've heard a lot of complaints about the showers; I'm 5'11''. and have no problem with the showerhead height. The outside of the complex or neighborhood isn't great, but inside is really nice. I've also never had noise problems. The staff has always been courteous and prompt in dealing with me. Not sure where all the bad rap comes from. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
