Although the apartments are huge and relatively cheap, it's not worth all of the problems the apartments have. There are alot of leaks when it rains and the air conditioners are so out of date. My air conditioner leaked water and it went into my bedromm on the floor and management didn't consider it an emergency. I'm sorry, when water is on the floor or coming out of the ceiling, it's an emergency. When I first moved in on Sept 2003, I requested repairs (fix a hole in my ceiling that was made when a new ceiling fan was added and replace a stove hood that was old and broken) and to this date (July 2005) those items have not been repaired. The grounds aren't as pretty as they used to be either. It was called Hidden Gardens because of vines that grew up all of the buildings. They tore them all down and it looks nothing remotely like a Garden. Also, i've seen the stairs going to one of the second story apartments fall apart when someone was going up the stairs.
