Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I moved in in November 2005 and have had nothing but good experiences. I live in a back courtyard that is relatively quiet. The grounds are kept clean (including the pool). Maintenance has been quick to respond to issues that are natural for a complex of this age to be experiencing (leaking after heavy rains and a malfunctioning furnace). The one bedroom is crazily spacious for the money you're paying and the stained concrete floors are easy to maintain (no icky old apartment carpet here).
