It's Okay here

I lived here for almost 2 years. For almost a year and a half, I had no problems. My car or apartment never got broken into, most of my maintenance issues were resolved in a timely manner, and my neighbors were friendly and quiet.
My biggest complaint would be pertinent to Management. We went through several. The one that was there most of the time I lived there was, for lack of a better term, a crackhead. I mean this literally, and she allowed marijuana to be smoked in public view. When my son and I would be in the pool, the manager's daughter and boyfriend would be rolling joints at the table. I'm a college student, so I understand smoking from time to time between semesters, but nothing justifies doing this in a public area where there are children present. Do it in the privacy of your own home. I would never do something like that in public or around a child. Worse yet, the manager saw and allowed it. About a year and a half into my stay there, I noticed that there were some apartments with high traffic at all hours of the day and night; seeing the manager come out of the one across from me stoned off her ass and acting like a total idiot is how I figured out who she really was. She ended up getting fired for embezzling or something of the sort. The next manager was better, but clueless.
Although I became aware of all the drug trafficing pretty late and was displeased with management, I never had any other problems or felt unsafe here. I'm not too sure I would recommend this community. It's just okay.
