Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2009
I have lived here since 2006. It used to be a relatively safe place to live. Now I am not sure. The main lighting in several of the courtyards is out. Also, we have started getting cockroaches. The new management company has put getting an exterminating company on hold. Our water bills have gone up 10 more dollars since this company took over. Tenants that have lived here for a long time are moving if that tells you anything. When our lease is up we will be moving also. Only a few more months to go. We are actually counting the days. I have heard horror stories about people getting late notices on their rent that has been paid and they don't really know who is living here or what apartments are vacant.
