I agree with the other posters. This used to be an awesome place to live. Our old manager Gloria did an amazing job. Repairs were timely and mgmt was always friendly. Now is an ENTIRELY DIFFERENT STORY. Washers and dryers are frequently, if not always, broken. Trash is left in the parking lot over the weekend. And now, in a completely boneheaded move, they have effected a new policy that requires residents to pay rent in person during business hours. I'm not sure how they think those of us who work full time, M-F are going to accomplish this. Take time off to drive home during the middle of the day to pay rent' The drop box is closed, and no mailing address or payment alternatives have been given. Outrageous! Additionally, when I need repairs made, I have to call the office multiple times. I am told continually that someone "will call me back," only to never receive a call back. I've been given every kind of lame-brained excuse you can think of by the current manager. I re-signed a year lease right before this new company took over, and I have regretted it every day since.

I have lived here 3 years, never made a late rent payment, and keep my apt. very clean and in good condition. I have recommended this building to prospective tenants, and even convinced people to sign leases here, in the past. I have loved living here until now, but if things don't change, will not be making the mistake of renewing my lease again. I would think very hard before moving here if you are a good tenant who wishes to have a low-maintenance place to live.

What's really funny is that these managers keep hosting these silly "meet and greet" events with orange juice and muffins. "Come on down and meet your new management team" they say. Well, note to the new management team: We don't want to be your friends. We just want you to not make this a sucky place to live. Remember, it's not just your business it's also our HOMES!
