Years at this apartment: 2009 - 2009
Pros:
-small community
-complex pays for water
-reasonable rent
-no drug problems or domestic disturbances so far
-friendly management
-easy access to 183
Cons:
-buildings show their age
-occasional millipede or pill bug (aka rolly polly) crawling on the floor
-walls are very thin....you can hear footsteps from above or music through walls
-a few inconsiderate tenets who play loud music or let flyers accumulate by their doors
-A/C units are right next to the bedroom windows for some units....pretty noisy
Summary: Hidden Timber has some good qualities....nothing outstanding....but nothing horribly wrong either.
I hope the noisy neighbors move out though.
