Electric bill $130ish month, heater and airconditioner run constantly, there is not much insulation.
Sign your vacate notice as soon as possible. If it is over the 30 day period they will stick you with paying for the days you were late for.
Bartering does not work too well here, the people above the manager seem pretty tight.
