High Oaks Apartments One & Two

Cheap, Quiet, and Cheap From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/13/2001 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000   High Oaks was a nice place to live until something broke or the summer heat came on. Electric bills for a 2 bedroom equaled that of the 3 bedroom house I'm in now. The staff was friendly. Nice pools. Good location. Poor construction. Horrible parking unless you like hiking 2 blocks with your bag of groceries.
