I've lived in High Oaks almost 3 years and I like it a lot. I did have some things stolen from first apartment in the complex, but management did everything they could to make me feel safe again, including moving me within the property. Don't live close to the road in Phase Two. That's my only suggestion. Maintenance is always there to fix things within a day or two and they take care of problems with neighbors, etc. It's really a nice place to live.

The posts you see here that are positive are almost certainly the management. Especially the one that says "Respect breeds respect.". Sounds like the typical airheaded crap you get from them. I repeat... WORST. APARTMENTS. EVER. Full stop.
