Quality going down

I have lived here for nearly two years, and will not be renewing my lease.

The management when I first moved in was friendly and made tenants feel at home. I was always remembered and greeted when I went into the office.

The new management is not nearly as friendly. The new maintenance staff also does not go out of thier way to be friendly. Recycling bins have been removed, the office no longer accepts packages, and we recently went about 3 weeks without baggies at the doggy stations being replaced. Even people that normally pick up after pets were unable to do so.

Rent keeps going up though!

I agree with everything in this review (except the dog issue...don't have a dog); but I do see dogs not on leash in Phase One and management has chosen to ignore this.

I agree that this the most unfriendly and unprofessional office staff I've seen. Since this new management has taken over everything has gone down. My lease us up in a few months and I won't be renewing because of the poor management.
