I agree that the quality is going down

I agree with other postings that the complex is going downhill, albeit slightly. I have been a resident here since 2003 and will be leaving in a month and a half. I am not leaving in protest - it was just time for me to buy my own place.
The maintenance staff has always been responsive (I had a flaky disposal) and I haven't had issues with office staff. The property management company recently changed hands from Lincoln property to Northland. There was a small shakeup with office staff from what I could tell here. With the transfer came a reduction of hours in the front office and the office no longer receives packages. I haven't noticied any other significant policy changes.
The lack of recycling is an issue, if such things are a concern for you as a renter.
The rents go up about $20 per year, judging from my time here. Expect to steadily see rent increase if you live here for multiple lease terms.
Parking here is often inconvenient but parking is always available about 50 yards away. The units are in good shape but I do know the walking and music preferences of my neighbors fairly well (I had a middle-story unit). The sound dampening here was never the best.
I hope this helps in anyone's choosing this place. I've basically had a good few years here. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
